Monthly Candle Refill Subscription

What is the Feu candle refill subscription?

Each month, you'll be sent a candle refill that fits into one of your previous used Feu jars to enjoy - sometimes this will be an exclusive scent and sometimes it will be one of the original gang, so you'll get your hands on your all time faves as well as some newbies! You'll also receive a custom Coy Biscuit vegan Feu cookie with your delivery!

Please note that if you require an empty jar for your candle refill subscription at any time, please get in touch with me at feucandlesuk@gmail.com and I can add one to any order for an additional cost.

HOW MUCH IS IT?

• £18 each month
• Standard UK shipping is FREE

WHEN DO I GET MY REFILL EACH MONTH?

• All orders will be shipped around the 15th of each month (this is an approximate date which is affected by business days, weekends, etc)

• If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you will receive that months candle. If you sign up after the 15th of that month, you will receive your first candle the following month (ie, if you sign up on the 18th of May, you will receive your first candle in the June send out)

WHEN DO I GET CHARGED?

• You'll be charged monthly, on the same date that you signed up (ie, if you first signed up on May 10th, you'll next be charged June 10th, then July 10th, etc)

WHAT ELSE?

• You can change your address, cancel your subscription, or anything else you might need to do through your confirmation email after making an account
• Please note; that if you cancel your subscription but payment for the next candle has already been taken - this cannot be refunded and the cancellation will occur after receiving the already paid for candle
• There is a minimum term of three (3) months before cancellation is accepted
